DIET FOOD FOR FAT LOSS

6:am - hot water with honey and half lemon
After having drink
5 km of walk or jog
After coming to home breakfast
8:am - oats or,corn flex ,2 chapatis  (without oil)
After breakfast have 1 cup of green tea
2:pm-veggies like carrot,cabbage,cucumber,and more juice veggies
After having veg meal take a green tea 1 cup
5:pm - Fruits that burn fat like Apple , Watermelon , Painapple , Orange ,
Papaya etc๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ‰
7:pm - A cup of green tea
8:pm - Goo to gym and had some workout like fat burning exercises like
cardio and have some exercises also๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
After coming from workout have 5 eggs white and give a gap of 30 min
9:pm - Have oats or chapati (no oil)
           
           IF WE FOLLOW THIS DIET IN 1 MONTH WE CAN REDUCE 
                                 OUR WEIGHT TO 10 KG
